This software is responsible for collecting and transferring the photos from the DSLR to the main laptop, by using live view shooting.

Instructions:

  1. Start the application

  2. Select “Remote shooting”

  1. Press “Live view shoot” at the bottom left to open live view

  1. The "live view" window will open

  1. Adjust the settings to save the images in the "lego-spaces-images" folder on the "Desktop".

You can do this by clicking on the folder icon. Make sure to turn off the "Create a subfolder in this folder" option.

  1. Set the image quality settings

Click the button marked in red, and a new popup will appear.

Select the option highlighted in yellow: M with rounded corners. This will allow you to take pictures in 4464x2976px in JPG format, which is more than adequate for the software.

Please note that the exact number of pixels may vary depending on the chosen DSLR camera. However, you should always select "M rounded corners" regardless of the situation!

  1. You can now begin creating pictures on your computer by clicking the button marked in red

The image will automatically be transferred to the "lego-space-images".

To resolve any issues:

  1. Ensure that the camera is connected and powered on:

    • otherwise you won't be able to start/use this software

  2. Quit the software and restart

  3. Restart the computer if necessary
