Hours before the event:

  1. Ensure all hardware is powered on

  2. Test the internet connectivity on both the main laptop and secondary computer

  3. Perform a few test runs to ensure everything is up and running

During the event:

  1. Once all hardware is turned on, and all software is running:

    1. Place a build into the cubicle:

      1. Refer to the section ""

      2. Press the capture button via the "Canon EOS Utility" software

      3. Ensure the "LEGO Space" software is running and showing a green indicator

      4. Make sure the secondary computer has an active Google Chrome screen

      5. The build will appear within 10 to 20 seconds, depending on the internet speed

After the event:

  1. Power off all hardware to avoid overheating

  2. Close the laptop to protect the screen.

  3. Refer to the software for the scan count (refer to the "" section).

  4. Clean up if needed
